    Tory Burch is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our small, dynamic team as we continue to expand our Workday landscape. You will help us streamline processes, optimize system functionality and enhance the employee experience through collaboration and innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. Your role will work with the HRIS team to manage the configuration of Workday, perform analysis and support, help in the development of the Workday modules as well as provide support to our end users.


    • As part of a collaborative team, participate in the ongoing design, configuration and reporting for Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and Performance Management 
    • Diagnose and resolve issues (e.g. - end-user, business process, security, integration, etc…) 
    • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participate in training activities for talent management and end-users 
    • Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with 
    • Perform configuration, develop test plans and execute on delivering new Workday business processes and configuration updates.
    • Assist in development of standard reports and dashboards for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by developing processes to audit, analyze, resolve and prevent future issues.
    • Build email notifications, configure and schedule alerts and create and load EIBs.
    • Support Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately.
    • Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes (particularly workflow/security). Collaboration will be both in-person and virtual/remote so demonstrated experience in both is important.
    • Support additional HR Operations tasks as needed within areas of compliance, process optimization, and data & analytics



    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1+ years experience supporting Workday HCM and at least one other functional area: Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation or Talent
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are essential
    • High proficiency in Excel
    • Experience working in a growing dynamic company across multiple geographies preferred

    Desire Attributes

    • Workday configurations experience in core modules, especially HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and in Business Process and/or Domain Security Configuration
    • Capable of adapting to changing situations, prioritizing tasks as necessary.
