The role of the Regional Director is to oversee, support, and grow Tory Burch boutiques in this region.  Ideal candidates will have the ability to objectively assess the current state of the business through many sources- financials, customer feedback, employee performance, morale, etc. and find ways to improve all fronts with creativity, hard work, and leadership.



  • Can turn business objectives and industry research into actionable steps in order to achieve/exceed the sales goals established for each boutique
  • Can prioritize work into short term and long term plans and ensure follow through
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships in order to involve key partners while executing plans
  • Can communicate plans and direction clearly in order to have seamless collaboration with an eye on efficiency and organization



  • Effectively provides tools and resources to each partner in the organization in order for them to deliver on the strategy and maximize results
  • Develop team to grow with the business and to anticipate future business needs and opportunities
  • Invests in each direct report to ensure their potential is maximized and is willing to be a strong and helpful resource when growth opportunities are identified



  • Keep the team moving towards the goals/strategy/vision of the company
  • Maintain close relationships with team members and maintain a pulse on when team members and reports may be off-track
  • Ability to help and improve any situation through clear and consistent communication and coaching
  • Motivate direct reports to  achieve results by delivering timely feedback and offering advice and suggestions
  • Celebrate success through recognition vehicles that also reinforce behavior
  • Ability to be agile and change course when necessary
