    Overview

    The TA Associate will be responsible for managing full life cycle recruitment for IT, Finance, Digital, Legal, HR and other shared services functions as appropriate.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage full life cycle recruitment processes for candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interviewing & qualification, and offer management.
    • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and drive creative sourcing techniques and strategies.
    • Create a best in class candidate experience.
    • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
    • Build strong relationships and trust with internal hiring managers, senior leadership for groups supported and HR Generalist partners.
    • Influence hiring managers and help guide decision making.
    • Help the team to continue to review best practices and improve overall processes and operations.
    • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3-5+ years of hands on recruitment experience in dynamic fast paced environments.
    • Experience with technology and digital recruitment
    • Energy, enthusiasm, and highly organized with a ‘can do’ attitude
    • Proactive with ability to work autonomously
    • Must be a team player and be flexible and adaptable
