    The Manager of Supply Chain Project Management & Strategy is responsible for aligning priorities, tracking milestone performance, and executing tasks associated with managing projects all categories of product development and production.  This individual is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end activities of Supply Chain projects including creation of project plans, managing project execution, documenting project updates, and establishing best practices.  This role will partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Design, Merchandising, Planning/Allocation, DC Operations, and Transportation teams.



    • Assist VP with Supply Chain initiatives and project management and tracking
    • Establish project meeting & report-out cadence as appropriate for each project
    • Create structured project plans to include deliverable milestones, required resources, budgets, etc.
    • Document project updates and milestone performance for on-going reporting and accessible archiving
    • Provide regular report-outs on project performance, operational issues and risks to timeline or budget
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop process standards and best practices for project execution
    • Build strong business relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and transparency


    • Build and manage a team of Project Analysts
    • Maintain strong awareness/interaction with the team
    • Responsible for ensuring accurate & timely completion of department priorities
    • Ensure adherence to Company Policies
    • Work well in a matrixed organizational environment and maintains good relationships
    • Develop, evaluate and administer performance appraisals of department personnel
    • Promote our Buddy Values and encourage an open and positive work environment between team members and cross-functional partners


    • Analyze available data to evaluate current project standards and best practices
    • Continually look for ways to improve project management and output; make recommendations to improve performance levels and standards
    • Assess challenges and implement solutions to improve project execution
    • Train and develop direct reports to enhance performance and potential for career progression
    • Develop, evaluate and administer performance appraisals of direct reports


    • A completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent related degree
    • An MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Analytics or other related degree is a plus
    • 3-5 plus years of progressive management experience and expertise in project management
    • Strong math and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action
    • Excellent leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
    • Very good interpersonal skills & the ability to build cross-functional relationships while interacting effectively with all levels of management and associates in a matrixed environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid computer skills
    • Good organization and time management skills
    • Ability to think strategically as well as tactically
    • Able to maintain and promote culture standards with direct reports and in conducting internal and external business activities
    • Highly motivated with a sense of entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
