  • Overview

    The Benefits Assistant will support the Tory Burch Benefits team, primarily focusing responding to employee inquiries.

    Responsibilities

    * Respond to employee and HR partner inquiries addressed to the benefits inbox in a timely and customer service oriented fashion. Escalate more complicated inquiries as necessary

    * Support planning, communication and administration of benefit plan enrollment

    * Participate in delivery of wellness and employee education initiatives

    * Assist in maintaining the internal informational resources on the TB Buddy and Link platforms for benefit programs, policies and vendor contact information

    * Process all benefit and vendor invoices for payment, including the review, coding, reconciliation and submission to Accounts Payable.

    * Partner with Payroll and HR Operations teams as necessary to identify and correct any benefit deduction issues

    * Process manual medical enrollments and terminations directly with vendors when necessary

    * Assist with administration of Workers Compensation claims initiation and reporting

    * Evaluate new vendor partners and assist with implementation of enhancements to employee offerings.

    Qualifications

    * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

    * Recent college graduates to those with up to 5 years of relevant experience and/or interests

    * Highly collaborative and team-oriented

    * Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (verbal, written, auditory) with the ability to comfortably interface at all levels, both internally and externally

    * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

    * Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment

    * Strong PC computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior HRIS system experience, especially Workday a plus
