    Overview

    As a Tory Burch Client Specialist, you are a key connection between the brand and our clients. At the core of our company’s purpose and values, we cultivate our relationships with each other, with our clients, with our partners and with the community in which we live and work.

     

    You play an integral role in our commitment to providing the best experiences to our clients — delivering an extraordinary level of support, while handling an array of client inquiries through all digital platforms. You are passionate about fashion and digitally agile — with the ability to engage clients through personalized and memorable interactions that cultivate client loyalty.

    Responsibilities

    * Cultivate relationships with clients, reinforcing brand values and driving loyalty

    * Take every opportunity to market the brand and tell our story, inspiring clients with product knowledge to drive incremental sales and support revenue targets

    * Proactively anticipate clients’ needs and wow them with above-and-beyond moments

    * Drive sales by offering styling advice and helping clients complete looks based on preferences and purchase history

    * Answer inbound/outbound inquiries across multiple channels — including phone, email, live chat, SMS and social media for Tory Burch and Tory Sport clients

    * Graciously handle inquiries big and small, including order status, item availability, returns and exchanges, payments

    * Be a problem solver and take initiative — identify issues and recommend solutions

    * Meet productivity and target goals set by the team leader

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE

     

    * College degree preferred or equivalent training or experience

    * 2+ years of experience in a similar role within client and/or retail services;

    luxury goods/hospitality environments preferred

    * Digitally savvy and able to work with multiple systems and applications

    * Bilingual is a plus
