    Overview

    Support the Tory Burch Training team in developing engaging & inspiring training presentations that maintain brand standards and support the Direct to Consumer channels. Manage the posting of internal digital resources to training sites. Create activities to animate content within presentations.

    Responsibilities

    • Work in tandem with the Training and Education team to develop visual pieces to accompany key brand messages for Product Knowledge, Styling, Operations and Talent.
    • Problem solve by providing visual solutions that translate the brand messages and business goals for the internal client.
    • Work with the Training and Education team to create activities within presentations to bring the content to life for the audience, such as role play, quizzes and practice.
    • Create and execute content relating to runway shows, new product launches and key investments.
    • Assist with the design of core training tools for product categories and on-boarding, as well as ad-hoc requests.
    • Assist in developing content and materials for the annual retail general managers conference as well as quarterly meetings.
    • Develop and design content for our internal clienteling website.

    Qualifications

    • College Degree
    • Strong understanding of instructional design, learning theory, brand aesthetic
    • Ability to navigate backend systems to post content on internal systems
    • Training experience a plus
    • Ability to work independently with strong initiative on various projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with the ability to interact with all levels of management – internal and external
    • Ability to prioritize, manage project deadlines and work independently
    • Must have a can-do attitude and think outside the box for training solutions
    • “IN THE KNOW” and readily follows blogs, street style, celebrity style, Runway trends and magazines pertinent to fashion, art, lifestyle and culture.

    System:

    • Proficient in Powerpoint and design programs including Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Keynote & Pages.
    • Ability to navigate a PC Platform (Microsoft Applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
