    The Art Director-Photography is responsible and accountable for execution of all assigned photography projects ensuring they are consistent with the brand aesthetic. Manages/leads photo teams to ensure all photography is executed according to concept, on time and on budget.


    • On-set art direction for e-comm and editorial shoots w/ a level models and talent.
    • Has established relationships with key photographers and talent who can get the business to next level in terms of talent, locations, concepts etc., and manage & build those relationships.
    • Responsible for all pre-execution details and alignment with VP, Photography before shoot.
    • Involved in conceptualizing with photo team to create seasonal photo direction boards for all categories.
    • Idea generation for specific projects and collaborates with team members to provide additional ideas where needed.
    • Consistently communicate back to the main office when on shoots and stay connected to the business at all times.
    • Partners with merchants to create photo strategies that support merchandising initiatives and business goals.


    • 5-7 years of editorial/magazine or editorial retail/fashion experience
    • Team player with ability to motivate others
    • Strong attention to both detail and the big picture
    • Fluent in InDesign and Photoshop
    • B.A/B.S degree
