    The Designer will assist in creating a high quality, on-brand shopping experience for the Tory Burch customer, with a focus on shoes and additional product categories. In this role you will develop and scale new online experiences for our key marketing messages. You will help us continue to enhance our mobile shopping experience. This position is also key to maintaining a consistent design aesthetic between our domestic and international websites, emails and online marketing.


    The design must inspire and inform the customer as well as the internal team. It will also communicate the inspiration behind the brand, seasonal collections and trends. In this role you will help us elegantly marry content and commerce.


    Seasonal Site Refreshes

    • Maintain seasonal refreshes of our websites, adhering to existing design templates and brand guidelines
    • Assist in the creation of content for seasonal shops based on trends, themes and occasions
    • Adapt seasonal creative for tablet and mobile devices
    • Create versions of online marketing, adhering to existing guidelines

    Email & Digital Marketing

    • Design email marketing campaigns using existing templates and help explore new templates throughout the season
    • Ensure consistent creative through the line across digital channels
    • Collaborate with copy team and art directors to concept seasonal messages
    • Research current trends and creative in digital marketing, with emphasis on mobile


    • Serve as a contact person with marketing/merchandising teams for each site refresh
    • Test the website before and after site refreshes, ensure key initiatives and buys are executed and well represented online
    • Align with the retail visual team to ensure consistent storytelling and merchandising
    • Partner with the social/editorial team to ensure alignment on key messages

    Special Projects

    • Design site enhancements that put the customer first (account, reviews, customer care)
    • Oversee internal communication requests
